Activities, Games & Rest.
Being active is an important part of our retreat weekends away. Kay is a qualified Personal Trainer & I am a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist. Together we carefully plan activities suitable for our guests. We like to include a challenging activity & follow it with gentle, feel-good activities. Kay & I also prepare the majority of the meals so you can simply enjoy yourself. And often we’ll include some mini massages. The entire weekend is planned to allow enough time to have fun & relax & get to know the other ladies. Infact we’ve created games specifically to let you share your story with another person or 2 & rejoin the group to share what you are comfortable to share. Our activities range from Ballgames, Yogalates, Assisted-Stretching, Hiking, Swimming, Cycling, Kayaking, Meditation & Massage. Then our guests feel ready to relax, play games & enjoy our delicious meals & bountiful drinks!
